Traz Powell is more than a stadium — it’s a landmark. Known as “Mecca” by locals, it’s been the nexus of South Florida football for more than five decades, carrying generations of Friday-night history and community pride. This work helped bring that legacy back into focus through a full renovation and rebrand revealed around the 2020 Super Bowl.

Working closely with Nike Brand Design and alongside the Miami-Dade County School District, we helped reimagine the venue as a future-ready home for the football community. The transformation was exhaustive: Nike Grind turf, a new scoreboard and track, upgraded facilities, and murals honoring the athletes and stories that started here — all designed to ensure Traz Powell continues on as the city’s proving ground for years to come.
