We partnered with Expensify as they prepared to bring their brand to a bigger stage, helping modernize the visual identity and define a bold platform for storytelling. Working alongside their internal creative team, we audited the brand landscape, refined the mark, and built a system that feels brighter, more confident, and ready to stand up across formats as diverse as app icons, out-of-home, and nationwide assets.

To help Expensify tell its story — anchored in the insight that nobody was born to do expenses — we art-directed an asset bank of images that extends the brand mission into real moments and personalities. These visuals were designed not just to look better but to communicate the brand’s voice clearly and consistently in support of campaigns big and small.

The work extends beyond a simple logo refresh — it’s a toolkit for expression, built to help Expensify show up with purpose, personality, and versatility across platforms.
