We partnered with Converse to help introduce One Box — a reimagined packaging system designed with sustainability at its core. Made from 100% recycled materials and eliminating the need for an additional shipping box, One Box simplifies the experience while reducing environmental impact. It’s a small shift with meaningful consequences, and we were excited to help bring that story to life.

Our campaign focused on clarity and inspiration, balancing education with optimism. Rather than over-explaining, we let the idea speak through motion — using hand-animated collage to express how One Box works and why it matters, all while staying unmistakably Converse.

The result is a series of animations that feel accessible, human, and forward-looking. By pairing sustainability with play, the work helps make better choices feel intuitive — proving that thoughtful design can move the brand, and the world, forward.
